MANIAR ‘GullyMan’ is an advanced technology with a blow-back system for cleaning cesspit, cesspool and manhole chambers. This Machine is capable of creating a very high degree of air pressure which breaks the silt sedimentation that gets accumulated at the bottom of the cesspit, cesspool and manhole chambers. It is equipped with major IMPORTED components including its unique heavy duty Vacuum Pump. It is capable of sucking particles up to 40 to 50mm dia along with sludge from a distance of 100 feet and depth up to 25 feet. The tank can be tilted (optional) at a specified angle and the hinged type rear door can be opened and closed hydraulically to drain out the collected liquid waste or silt. CombiMan (Suction cum Jetting) is a Combination Machine, which combines High-Pressure Sewer Jetting Operation (JetMan) as well as Suction Operation with Blowback System (GullyMan). Two separate tanks are provided i.e. Fresh water tank and sludge tank. This Machine can carry out both the operations of Jetting i.e cleaning of underground drain lines as well as Suction i.e sucking of sludge from the chambers. Choked drainage/sewer lines ranging from 50mm dia to 900mm dia or more can be cleaned effectively & efficiently by high-pressure jetting operation. Whereas sludge with high solid contents / silts settled in the manhole / septic tank can be sucked from a depth of approx. 08 meters by operating Suction operation. Apart from simple suction operation the machine provides a Blow Back System by which silt settled / accumulated in manhole / septic tank can be mixed with water preparing slurry and thereafter sucking it in to the tank by operating suction operation. The truck-mounted combined suction-cum-jetting unit is capable of desilting and de-choking civil/industrial drains and sewer lines of diameters 200 mm to 900 mm and more. De-choking and de-silting of the sewer and drain water lines and chambers will be carried out by the High-Pressure Jetting System working on the principle of hydrodynamic cleaning by injecting high-pressure water into the lines through a suitable dimension sewer jetting hose and special cleaning nozzles. Aspiration of the effluent from sewer and drain water lines and chambers will be carried out on the principle of generating a high vacuum in the sludge compartment for syphoning out effluents, liquids slurry, sludge and other materials from depths of about approximately 6 to 7 meters, depending on the specific gravity of the effluent. The equipment will extract the sludge and slurry under high vacuum through a suction hose connected to the tank by a quick release hose coupling. The contents of the sludge tank will then be transported to any desired destination for disposal and emptied by means of gravity/pressure discharge. ‘JETMAN’ High-Pressure Sewer Jetting Machine suitable for effective and efficient cleaning of chocked underground drainage/sewage lines. It is capable of cleaning chocked drainage/sewage lines ranging from 50mm dia to 900mm dia and more. The operation is carried out by a specially designed nozzle which delivers high-pressure water into the sewage/drainage lines. It is developed on HCV / LCV /MINI Truck, Trailer Chassis & 3 Wheeler Chassis depending on the tank and pump capacity. Apart from specific Jetting Operation, this Multipurpose Machine can be used for Cleaning of Toilet Blocks, Foot Paths, Cleaning / Servicing of Vehicles and also to extinguish a small fire and to spray pesticide.__Working__High pressure jetting is the preferred method of re-establishing water flow. It not only removes blockage but also washes away all debris found within the pipe. The high-pressure water jet is faster and less labor-intensive than the use of a mechanical rodding or cable machines.
