MANIAR ‘GullyMan’ is an advanced technology with a blow-back system for cleaning cesspit, cesspool and manhole chambers. This Machine is capable of creating a very high degree of air pressure which breaks the silt sedimentation that gets accumulated at the bottom of the cesspit, cesspool and manhole chambers. It is equipped with major IMPORTED components including its unique heavy duty Vacuum Pump. It is capable of sucking particles up to 40 to 50mm dia along with sludge from a distance of 100 feet and depth up to 25 feet. The tank can be tilted (optional) at a specified angle and the hinged type rear door can be opened and closed hydraulically to drain out the collected liquid waste or silt. Cleaning of underground drainage/sewage lines and manholes and wet wells has always been a challenging job for the Municipal Authorities due to its involvement and concerns of human life. Municipal Authorities are somewhat relieved with the innovations of high pressure jetting machines and suction machines by which the chocked drainage/sewage lines can be easily cleaned without having the person to enter into sewage lines keeping their lives always at risk. Even though, as on now, Municipal Authorities are dependent on manpower when it comes to cleaning / de-silting of manholes and wet wells and is still an unsolved problem.It has become more challenging with the implications of the directives of the Hon’ble supreme court directing all the municipalities to avoid manpower entering into the manholes and wet wells for its cleaning and to explore the possibilities of using mechanized vehicles and equipment for this purpose.Keeping the above facts in mind the Research & Development wing of Maniar has been able to design and develop advanced and highly innovative machine “D' siltman”.“D Siltman“ Hydraulic operated cum winch Drive De-Silting Grab Bucket System developed on 3 & 4 Wheeler is the ideal solution for cleaning of manholes and wet wells. The machine can easily and effectively collect silt/ sludge from the depth of 30 to 50 feet or more with the help of a lever control without having the person to enter manholes and wet wells. CombiMan (Suction cum Jetting) is a Combination Machine, which combines High-Pressure Sewer Jetting Operation (JetMan) as well as Suction Operation with Blowback System (GullyMan). Two separate tanks are provided i.e. Fresh water tank and sludge tank. This Machine can carry out both the operations of Jetting i.e cleaning of underground drain lines as well as Suction i.e sucking of sludge from the chambers. Choked drainage/sewer lines ranging from 50mm dia to 900mm dia or more can be cleaned effectively & efficiently by high-pressure jetting operation. Whereas sludge with high solid contents / silts settled in the manhole / septic tank can be sucked from a depth of approx. 08 meters by operating Suction operation. The truck-mounted combined suction-cum-jetting unit is capable of desilting and de-choking civil/industrial drains and sewer lines of diameters 200 mm to 900 mm and more. De-choking and de-silting of the sewer and drain water lines and chambers will be carried out by the High-Pressure Jetting System working on the principle of hydrodynamic cleaning by injecting high-pressure water into the lines through a suitable dimension sewer jetting hose and special cleaning nozzles. Aspiration of the effluent from sewer and drain water lines and chambers will be carried out on the principle of generating a high vacuum in the sludge compartment for syphoning out effluents, liquids slurry, sludge and other materials from depths of about approximately 6 to 7 meters, depending on the specific gravity of the effluent. Aspiration of the effluent from sewer and drain water lines and chambers will be carried out on the principle of generating a high vacuum in the sludge compartment for syphoning out effluents, liquids slurry, sludge and other materials from depths of about approximately 6 to 7 meters, depending on the specific gravity of the effluent. The equipment will extract the sludge and slurry under high vacuum through a suction hose connected to the tank by a quick release hose coupling.
