CombiMan (Suction cum Jetting) is a Combination Machine, which combines High-Pressure Sewer Jetting Operation (JetMan) as well as Suction Operation with Blowback System (GullyMan). Two separate tanks are provided i.e. Fresh water tank and sludge tank. This Machine can carry out both the operations of Jetting i.e cleaning of underground drain lines as well as Suction i.e sucking of sludge from the chambers. Choked drainage/sewer lines ranging from 50mm dia to 900mm dia or more can be cleaned effectively & efficiently by high-pressure jetting operation. Whereas sludge with high solid contents / silts settled in the manhole / septic tank can be sucked from a depth of approx. 08 meters by operating Suction operation. Apart from simple suction operation the machine provides a Blow Back System by which silt settled / accumulated in manhole / septic tank can be mixed with water preparing slurry and thereafter sucking it in to the tank by operating suction operation. It is developed on HCV / LCV / MINI and Trailer Chassis depending upon the Tank Capacity. Jetting Tank material: 5/6 mm Thick Mild Steel Water Capacity: min 1000 liter capacity ( depends upon the truck capacity) Jetting Pump: Imported Italian make. From 13 LPM @ 200 bar to 460 LPM @ 140 bar. Jetting Hose: Polyhose or Equivalent make. Jetting Hose Size: 1/2", 3/4", 1" as per the pump rating. Suction Tank material: 5/6 mm thick MS material Suction Tank capacity: min. 2000 Liter ( Depends upon the truck capacity) Suction Pump: Imported Italian make. 156 m3/h to 6400 m3/h Vacuum Relief Valve / Pressure release Valve: Imported Italian make Suction Hose: Dutron or Equivalent make, Suction hose size: 3", 4", 5" as per the pump rating. PTO: PZB / VAS make as per the customers requirement.
